Sever Not Found (Goodbye ProjectW)

Well, this is a real pain for me, but... after some years with my download community, i need to sell it. I dont have anymore time or money to spend on it... so i'm selling it. There are some conditions... i dont want you to resell the website or destroy it. The buyer should continue the forums and support it. Our server is a dedicated hosting plan at host gator.
